HbA1c reports every three to six months. You change more than one thing between tests. That combination is why a number can sit still for years while you keep working at it.
A blood test gives you one number covering the last three months. Between two tests you might cut rice, walk after dinner, start a supplement, and eat earlier. The number comes back flat. Nothing in it tells you which of the four did anything, so you keep all four or you drop all four, and the next three months start from the same place.
To attribute a result to a change, you need one change inside one measurement window. Four changes and one window gives you one answer to four questions. That is not a small loss of precision. It is the difference between an experiment and a guess.
Three questions. The arithmetic runs in your browser, nothing is sent to us, and we never ask for your HbA1c.
People who have lived with type 2 for ten years are usually told to try harder. The arithmetic says something else. You have been running an experiment without a readout.
Effort was not the missing part. Resolution was. However committed you are, four changes and one number cannot be untangled.
The Starter Program runs a 28 day learning phase, so a year of guessing compresses into one month of changes you can actually attribute.
Prime Factors is a tracking and control system, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace your clinician. Nothing here is a recommendation to start, stop or change any medication. The Starter Program is not currently suitable if you have type 1 diabetes or use insulin.
